“You don’t rise to the occasion. You fall to your training.”

Most self-defense training fails. Traditional martial arts take years to adapt to real-world danger, and one-time seminars don’t offer the repetition or pressure needed to build real reflex. The Self-Defense Collective changes that.

Our method combines the consistent, skill-building intensity of martial arts with the scenario-based realism of self-defense training. That means drills under pressure. Situations where adrenaline hits. Consent-based partner work that simulates real conflict — and teaches you how to move through it with clarity.

We don’t just teach people how to win fights. We teach them how to assess risk, set boundaries, de-escalate, move with purpose, and defend themselves and others — in ways that are sustainable, moral, and real.

What you’ll learn:

  • Boundary-setting and situational awareness

  • Escaping holds and managing adrenaline

  • De-escalation and verbal self-defense

  • Defense against multiple attackers

  • Trauma-informed responses and recovery

  • Self-defense with and without weapons as well as with an armed and unarmed attack

Join us for weekly classes Sunday’s at 3:30pm.
