Diversity
We don’t just welcome difference — we build space where everyone belongs.
This school exists for people of all backgrounds, identities, and bodies. We reject tokenism and silence. Inclusion means not just being allowed through the door — it means being seen, heard, and supported once you’re inside.
In practice:
Making room for trans, queer, disabled, and BIPOC voices without asking them to do the emotional labor of education.
Intervening if you hear disrespect or exclusion — even subtly.
Building drills, policies, and practices that work for all bodies, not just the “ideal athlete.
Giving others the opportunity to show who they are — and who they can become — without assumptions, stereotypes, or gatekeeping.
